We are looking for an experienced Freelance Snowflake Data Engineer to build and maintain a scalable, high-quality data foundation within the Snowflake platform for an IFM Assets & Revenue Data initiative .

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Snowflake, Python, DB2, Informatica Data Stager, Unix scripting, data modeling, and multi-source data ingestion .

? Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions using Snowflake .
- Design data models and ingest data from multiple source systems into Snowflake.
- Develop matching logic and ensure consistency and accuracy across entities.
- Analyze and plan MSAW, IS, and ICS asset and revenue data flows .
- Support tranche-based automation initiatives.
- Optimize existing SQL/code and improve data-processing performance.
- Perform end-to-end testing , validation, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts for automated data processes.
- Schedule and manage production jobs following established change-management processes .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize, curate, and operationalize asset and revenue data.




- Contribute to scalable data architecture and continuous process improvement.

- Experience in data engineering, preferably in a client-facing environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and data modeling .
- Proven experience working with multi-source data ingestion frameworks .
- Strong experience with Python, DB2, and Informatica Data Stager .
- Experience developing automated data-processing pipelines using Unix shell scripting .
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, planning, and optimization skills.
- Ability to work independently in a freelance/contract environment .
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
