About the Role

We are looking for a confident, professional, articulate, and well-presented Freelance Presentation Specialist to represent our organization during the International Trade Fair, Delhi .

The selected candidate will be responsible for professionally presenting the organization's project-related information, capabilities, proposals, and Odisha-focused content to officials, stakeholders, business representatives, delegates, and visitors.

The candidate must have good knowledge of Odisha's culture, heritage, tourism, destinations, traditions, art, handicrafts, cuisine, festivals, and unique specialties , and should be able to communicate these aspects confidently and engagingly to an audience.

Key Responsibilities

· Represent the organization professionally at the International Trade Fair.

· Deliver transparent, engaging, and well-structured presentations to officials, delegates, stakeholders, and visitors.

· Present the organization's project, capabilities, proposed solutions, and key business information .

· Understand the complete presentation material and project brief provided by the organization.

· Effectively communicate the unique identity, strengths, and specialties of Odisha .

· Present information related to Odisha's culture, heritage, tourism, art, handicrafts, cuisine, festivals, traditions, and major attractions .

· Engage professionally with government officials, delegates, business representatives, tourists, and other stakeholders.

· Maintain a professional image and ensure consistent communication of the organization's key messages.





· Coordinate with the internal team regarding presentation content, briefing, schedule, and event requirements.

· Maintain punctuality, professional etiquette, and active participation throughout the assigned event schedule.

Required Skills & Competencies

· Excellent presentation and public-speaking skills

· Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

· Confident, polished, and professional personality

· Good communication skill in English, Hindi and Odia

· Strong knowledge of Odisha's culture, tourism, heritage, and specialties

· Ability to present Odisha-related information accurately and engagingly

· Strong audience engagement and storytelling skills

· Professional body language, grooming, and etiquette

· Ability to quickly understand and present project related information

· Ability to communicate confidently with officials, delegates, and business stakeholders

· Solid ability to handle questions and engage in professional conversations.

. Strong knowledge of Miscrosoft Powerpoint and Canva.

Preferred Experience

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

· Tourism promotion and destination marketing

· Odisha tourism or cultural promotion

· Government/institutional events

· International or national trade fairs and exhibitions

· Corporate presentations

· Tender/business proposal presentations

· Brand representation

· Hospitality and tourism events

· Government or industry stakeholder interactions

· Exhibition or trade-show representation

Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate excellent presentation skills along with strong knowledge of Odisha's culture, tourism, heritage, traditions, and unique specialties.
