Interview Types: Panelists should be comfortable conducting:
- Coding-based interviews
- Technical/theoretical interviews
- Scenario-based interviews
- Problem-solving & practical assessments
- Domain-specific interviews
- Technical + managerial discussions, wherever applicable
- Video must be enabled whenever applicable.
- Valid and genuine LinkedIn profile is mandatory.
- Interview recording must be ON. Panelists must be comfortable with the interview being recorded.
Engagement Details:
- Work Type: Freelance / Part-Time
- Mode: 100% Remote
- Schedule: Flexible
- Interview Duration: Approximately 30 - 60 Minutes
- Payment: As per the Company norms
- Calibration/discussion calls are not billed
- Please note that no billing should be processed for candidates who do not show up/Cancelled/Rescheduled
- Interview schedules will be shared based on candidate availability and requirement
