About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to contribute to an AI Banking Digital Marketing project. The ideal candidate will have solid Python programming skills, hands-on experience building Generative AI applications and multi-agent systems, and a solid foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and cloud-based AI development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions for business use cases.
- Build multi-agent AI workflows using Google Agent Development Kit (ADK).
- Develop Generative AI applications using Gemini and open-source large language models (LLMs).
- Apply machine learning, NLP, deep learning, transformer architectures, and generative techniques to practical problems.
- Work with structured and unstructured data using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and SQL.
- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Develop and maintain scalable AI solutions using Hexagonal Architecture principles.
- Deploy and support AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).




- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Evaluate model performance, optimize hyperparameters, address bias, and follow responsible AI practices.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Python and major ML libraries.
- Hands-on experience with Google ADK and multi-agent AI systems.
- Experience with Gemini and open-source LLMs.
- Working knowledge of Hexagonal Architecture.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of machine learning, NLP, deep learning, neural networks, and transformers.
- Exposure to GANs, text generation, and text-to-image generation.
- Hands-on experience with GCP.
- Strong data wrangling, cleaning, and feature engineering skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with on-premises and cloud-based development.
- CI/CD pipeline experience.
- Experience delivering production-ready AI solutions.
