We are looking to collaborate with experienced Freelance Business Consultants who work with multiple businesses, founders, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers and can identify business requirements and connect them with the right solutions.

About the Role

As a Freelance Business Consultant, you will act as a strategic connection between businesses and ANJANEO.

You will leverage your existing professional network, business relationships, and consulting experience to understand the challenges businesses are facing and identify opportunities where ANJANEO's services can help them grow.

This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for someone who already understands businesses, regularly interacts with business owners, and can identify genuine requirements and introduce the right businesses to ANJANEO.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with business owners, founders, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers.
- Understand the business goals, challenges, and growth requirements of your network.
- Identify businesses that may require digital marketing, branding, website development, performance marketing, social media, HR solutions, or other growth services.
- Introduce relevant businesses to ANJANEO and facilitate initial conversations.
- Generate qualified business opportunities through your professional network and referrals.
- Participate in client discussions when required.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the ANJANEO team.
- Maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients.




- Act as a trusted business advisor rather than using a hard-sales approach.
- Coordinate with the ANJANEO team to ensure smooth transition from lead generation to client onboarding.

- Has solid connections with business owners, founders, startups, SMEs, or entrepreneurs.
- Has experience in business consulting, sales, business development, entrepreneurship, or client servicing.
- Already works with or advises multiple businesses.
- Has strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Can identify business problems and understand what kind of solution a business needs.
- Is confident communicating with founders and senior decision-makers.
- Has a strong understanding of how businesses operate and grow.
- Has an entrepreneurial mindset and takes initiative.
- Can generate quality business opportunities through relationships rather than cold selling.

Compensation

Freelance / Performance-Based Engagement The consultant will be eligible for commission / incentives on successful business generated through their network and referrals.
