Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategies for business expansion through franchisee acquisition and development.
- Manage a portfolio of existing franchisees, ensuring revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company standards.
- Identify new opportunities for revenue generation through partnerships with potential franchisees or other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility and attract new customers.
Job Requirements :
- 15-18 years of experience in franchise sales, franchisee management, or related field.
- Proven track record in developing successful business relationships with franchisees.
- Solid understanding of the fitness & wellness industry trends and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
