ROLE OVERVIEW

G Square & Company is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Franchise Success Manager to manage franchise relationships, support outlet operations, ensure brand standardisation, and help franchise partners achieve business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and operational management skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Franchise Partner Management: Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, address their queries, resolve operational challenges, and ensure smooth coordination with the head office.
2. Outlet Operations & Support: Monitor outlet performance, support day-to-day operations, and ensure franchise outlets follow company guidelines, SOPs, and brand standards.
3. Sales & Business Growth: Track outlet sales and performance, identify growth opportunities, and suggest strategies to improve revenue, customer experience, and profitability.
4. Onboarding & Current Outlet Launches: Coordinate franchise onboarding, documentation, outlet launch activities, and operational readiness for new stores.

Marketing & Promotions: Coordinate with the marketing team to implement local promotions, offers, campaigns, and brand-level marketing activities across outlets.
6. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Maintain outlet performance reports, monitor key business metrics, collect feedback, and share regular updates with management.
7. Issue Resolution & Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, supply, billing, branding, and other franchise-related issues to ensure timely resolution.
8. Compliance & Quality Control: Conduct regular outlet follow-ups, identify operational gaps, and ensure consistency in product quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in franchise management, retail operations, QSR, or business development.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, reporting, and basic business tools.
- Willingness to travel to franchise outlets when required.
- Ability to manage multiple outlets, priorities, and deadlines.
