Key Responsibilities

- Manage annual budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.

- Perform detailed variance analysis against budget, forecast, and actuals.

- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.

- Analyze P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, revenue, costs, and profitability.

- Prepare MIS and management dashboards for senior leadership.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve business performance.

- Partner with business teams to understand key financial and operational drivers.

- Support long-term business planning and strategic financial analysis.

- Track KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Conduct scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and financial impact assessments.

- Support cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives.

- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.

- Work closely with Accounting, Controllership, and other Finance teams during reporting and planning cycles.
