Role: Full-Stack Engineer

Location: 100% Remote (India)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 / month

Experience: minimum 2 years

What You’ll Do

- Own end-to-end full-stack development across our React frontend, Node.js/Python backend services, and database architecture.
- Manage production deployments, CI/CD pipelines, server environment variables, and cloud infrastructure on AWS/Vercel.
- Leverage AI coding tools (Claude 3.5 Sonnet / Claude Code CLI) to rapidly write, refactor, and debug production-grade code.
- Build,



optimize, and maintain real-time communication signal processing pipelines with strict privacy and zero-data-storage constraints.
- Work directly with the engineering lead and founders in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of proven full-stack development experience in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and/or Python.
- Hands-on deployment experience: Solid understanding of Docker, Vercel, AWS (EC2/S3/Lambda), environment secrets, and CI/CD automated pipelines.
- High familiarity with Claude (Anthropic ecosystem) for daily developer workflows, prompt engineering, and rapid prototyping.
- Strong professional English comprehension (written and spoken) to read complex documentation and communicate effectively on daily updates.
- Comfortable operating with high autonomy, solving bugs quickly, and shipping production code daily.
