Role Description This is a full time remote role in the Founder’s office for a Marketing Generalist.

The Marketing

Generalist will collaborate closely with the founding team to support and execute marketing initiatives across content, campaigns, and analytics. Day-to-day responsibilities may include drafting and editing marketing copy, managing social media and email communications, assisting with product launch activities, and coordinating with external partners or agencies. The role also involves conducting market and customer research, tracking performance metrics, preparing presentations and reports for leadership, and helping refine brand messaging and positioning.



This position is well suited for someone comfortable in a quick-paced startup environment who can switch between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

What you'll work on ?

- Conduct market and industry research to support product and GTM decisions
- Research markets, identify opportunities, and turn findings into actionable items
- Build and enrich prospect lists for outbound sales and partnerships
- Support business development and partnership outreach
- Help manage and grow our LinkedIn/social media presence
- Support content creation, marketing collateral, and thought-leadership initiatives
- Track and analyze outreach, marketing, and growth metrics
- Build repeatable processes for research, outreach, and GTM execution
- Work directly with the founder on high-priority, ambiguous problems

Who we're looking for ?

- 1–3 years of experience in Founder’s Office, Growth, Marketing, Business Research, Strategy, or Business Development
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Comfortable with LinkedIn, Apollo, Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and AI tools
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
- Someone who can work independently and take ownership without needing everything clearly defined
- Curious, fast-learning, and excited to work in an AI-native startup
