About the Job

Founder’s Office Intern

Protega is looking for a proactive and driven Founder’s Office Intern to work closely with the founding team across business development, operations, and strategic initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to building a startup, working on business challenges, and driving projects from planning to execution.

Responsibilities

- Research potential clients, markets, and industries to identify recent business opportunities.
- Support business development activities, including outreach, client meetings, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Assist with partnership development and relationship management.
- Coordinate day-to-day business operations and help improve internal processes.
- Work closely with the founding team on strategic projects and key business priorities.
- Track project progress, business pipelines, and important deliverables.
- Leverage AI tools to improve research, automate workflows, and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution.

Requirements

- Strong communication, research, and problem-solving skills.




- Interest in startups, business development, strategy, and operations.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, and AI tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Prior internship or work experience in business development, operations, or a startup is a plus, but not mandatory.
