About WhatheFootball

WhatheFootball (WTF) is building a community-driven sports platform focused on bringing fans together through live experiences, content and technology.

From football screenings and fan meet-ups to tournaments, brand activations and large-scale sporting events, we work at the intersection of sports, community, content and experiences .

We’re looking for someone to join the Founder’s Office and work closely with the founder across marketing, events and day-to-day execution.

What You’ll Do

Marketing & Social Media

- Plan and execute WTF’s social media and marketing calendar.
- Create content ideas around football, sports trends, events and fan culture.
- Coordinate with designers, creators and partners for content execution.
- Work on campaigns to drive event registrations, ticket sales and community growth.
- Track campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve reach and conversions.

Events & Operations

- Plan and execute football screenings, fan meet-ups, tournaments and brand activations.
- Manage venues, vendors, partners, fan clubs and other stakeholders.
- Handle event logistics including registrations, ticketing, branding and on-ground coordination.
- Be present at WTF events and take ownership of smooth execution from setup to closure.
- Help scale WTF events across Delhi NCR and eventually other cities.

Founder’s Office

- Work directly with the founder on new ideas,



partnerships and growth initiatives.
- Coordinate with brands, venues, football communities and potential partners.
- Take ownership of projects rather than simply coordinating them.
- Solve problems quickly in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Support recent initiatives and business verticals as WTF expands.

Who We’re Looking For

Someone who

- Has 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, social media, sports or a similar role.
- Understands social media and knows what makes content engaging.
- Is comfortable managing people, vendors and events on-ground.
- Is organised, proactive and robust at execution.
- Can communicate confidently with brands, partners and communities.
- Is comfortable working in a startup where responsibilities can evolve quickly.
- Takes ownership and doesn’t need constant follow-ups.
- Is genuinely interested in football and sports culture .

Important Sports don’t follow a Monday-to-Friday, 9-to-5 schedule — and neither do our events.

The role requires availability for weekend and late-night events whenever required , including major football matches and special activations.
