Role Overview

Work directly with the founders to build and grow a community of physiotherapists. The role combines outreach, content creation and community onboarding, with hands-on responsibility for connecting with professionals and keeping them engaged.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify physiotherapists through LinkedIn, qualified networks, clinics and other relevant channels.
- Build and maintain an outreach database with contact details, conversation notes and follow-up status.
- Connect with physiotherapists through calls, emails, WhatsApp and social media to introduce the community and explain its purpose.
- Understand their interests and expectations, answer queries and coordinate follow-ups.
- Onboard interested physiotherapists onto the community platform and help them get started.
- Create content for social media, outreach messages, community updates and member communications.
- Coordinate with the founders to ensure content is relevant, clear and aligned with the communitys objectives.
- Encourage member introductions,



discussions and participation in community activities.
- Gather member feedback and identify opportunities to improve onboarding and engagement.
- Track outreach, responses, onboarding conversions and participation; share regular progress updates with the founders.

Candidate Profile

- Student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, business, healthcare or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence speaking to healthcare professionals.
- Comfortable making outreach calls, initiating conversations and following up consistently.
- Able to write clear, engaging content and adapt it for different channels.
- Organised and attentive to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate trackers.
- Proactive, curious and willing to take ownership in a founder-led environment.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel, social media and Canva is preferred.
- An interest in healthcare or prior exposure to community building, outreach or content creation would be an advantage.
