We're looking for someone to own events and outreach on the ground in Siliguri. This is a hands-on role for someone who can think up an event, plan it, and actually pull it off, not just show up on the day.

What you'll own

Events end to end: conceiving them, building the plan, and executing on the day

Outreach: getting the right people in the room and getting NEXIS noticed locally

Leading from the front: you drive the event, you don't wait to be handed a checklist

You're a fit if you

Can lead: you take an idea and make it happen without hand-holding

Solve problems on the fly, because events never go fully to plan

Take ownership and chase the work to done
