About the Role

Start your career working directly with the Founder of Utsav Fashion. We’re looking for a curious, organised, and proactive fresher who enjoys solving problems, communicating clearly, and getting things done.

You’ll support the Founder on business priorities, coordinate with teams, and help turn ideas into action. This role offers exposure to how a fashion and e-commerce business operates, with growing responsibility as you learn.

What you'll do

- Support the Founder with day-to-day business coordination and follow-ups.
- Research markets, competitors, customer trends, and business opportunities.
- Prepare concise reports, presentations, meeting notes, and action trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track tasks, deadlines, and project progress.
- Assist with special projects across business operations, marketing, and customer experience.
- Flag delays, identify gaps, and suggest practical improvements.




- Handle business information with discretion.

Who are we looking for?

- A recent graduate from any discipline; prior work experience is not required.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
- Comfort using Excel or Google Sheets, documents, and presentation tools.
- A willingness to ask questions, take feedback, and learn quickly.
- Interest in fashion, e-commerce, and business operations.
- Internships, college projects, event coordination, or entrepreneurial experience are welcome.

Probation and compensation

Probation period: 3 Months

Full-time conversion: Subject to a review of performance, ownership, communication, learning progress, and business requirements.
