About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer who combines strong engineering expertise, enterprise business understanding, and a startup mindset.

You will work directly with enterprise customers to understand their business challenges, design AI-powered solutions, build integrations, and deploy production-ready systems.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. We need someone who can take a business problem from discovery to deployment and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Enterprise Solutions: Understand customer business problems and translate them into scalable AI-powered solutions.
- End-to-End Ownership: Own solution architecture, development, integrations, deployment, and customer success.
- Generative AI: Build applications using LLMs, AI agents, RAG, multimodal AI models, and GenAI APIs.
- Full-Stack Engineering: Develop APIs, microservices, backend systems, and enterprise integrations using Python, Node.js, TypeScript, or equivalent technologies.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Work with AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate directly with enterprise CTOs, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Product Thinking: Convert customer requirements into reusable, scalable platform capabilities.
- Startup Execution: Independently solve complex problems, rapidly prototype solutions, and deliver production-ready systems.

Required Qualifications
- 8–15 years of hands-on software engineering experience.




- Strong proficiency in Python and modern backend or full-stack technologies.
- Experience building enterprise SaaS, PaaS, AI, or cloud-based platforms.
- Practical experience with LLMs, GenAI APIs, AI agents, or AI-powered applications.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, microservices, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers.
- Ability to independently architect, code, deploy, and troubleshoot production systems.
- Strong communication, business problem-solving, and technical ownership skills.

Good to Have
- Experience as a Founding Engineer, Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, or FDE.
- Background in AI-native startups or enterprise AI platforms.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, MLOps, or LLMOps.
- Exposure to multimodal AI, video generation, and media technology.
- Understanding of GPU inference and AI infrastructure optimization.
