Role Description The Founder will provide strategic leadership and overall direction to ChinoVibe Healthcare Private Limited, ensuring alignment between healthcare, technology, and talent initiatives. This full-time, on-site role in the Greater Chennai Area involves defining the company vision, setting long-term goals, and overseeing business development, partnerships, and market expansion in healthcare and US medical billing. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding product and service strategy, supervising key operations such as revenue cycle management and technology solutions, and ensuring operational excellence and compliance.

The Founder will also build and mentor leadership teams,



manage financial planning and resource allocation, and foster a culture of innovation, ethical practice, and continuous improvement. Collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams is essential to drive sustainable growth and create impactful solutions for modern healthcare operations.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership experience in healthcare, health technology, or related service industries, with a track record of building and scaling organizations.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare systems, medical billing, and revenue cycle management, or willingness and ability to quickly develop domain expertise.
- Experience in technology-enabled services, including software development, data management, digital solutions, and process automation for operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in strategic planning, business development, and stakeholder management, including partnerships, client relations, and market expansion.
- Capability to design and optimize processes, manage cross-functional teams, and drive performance through metrics and continuous improvement practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders and represent the organization externally.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving ability, and resilience in a fast-evolving healthcare and technology environment.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, technology, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
