Fixed CTC: 8 - 12 LPA

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Forward Deployed AI Solutions Engineer to combine industry research, AI solution architecture and full sales-cycle ownership.

You will identify industry-specific AI opportunities, engage decision-makers, define customised solutions with our research and engineering teams, and drive client engagements from prospecting through commercial closure, deployment and account growth.

The role also involves developing partnerships and bringing market insights back to the research team to inform future models, systems and products.

Key Responsibilities

Industry & Market Research

- Research industries, companies and emerging AI adoption opportunities.
- Identify practical AI use cases across sectors based on business workflows, operational problems and technology gaps.
- Study competitors, existing solutions, customer pain points and market demand.
- Build industry-specific AI use-case libraries and solution approaches.
- Identify companies that could benefit from BluBridges AI consulting, custom model development, training, optimisation, deployment and support capabilities.

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

- Identify prospective clients through LinkedIn, job requirements, marketplaces, industry platforms, events, communities, direct outreach and market research.
- Connect with relevant decision-makers including CTOs, CIOs, Heads of AI, Engineering leaders and business owners.
- Initiate conversations around identified workloads and AI opportunities.
- Qualify prospects based on requirement, budget, authority and timeline.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities.

Client Discovery & Consultation

- Conduct discovery discussions to understand the clients business problem,



current systems, data, infrastructure and expected outcome.
- Identify whether the requirement is best addressed through AI consulting, custom models, LLM/RAG systems, AI agents, model training, optimisation, deployment or a combination of these.
- Convert broad business requirements into structured AI use cases and implementation requirements.
- Understand client constraints including security, latency, deployment environment, budget and timelines.

AI Solution Architecture

- Design high-level AI solutions tailored to each clients business and technical requirements.
- Work with BluBridges research and engineering teams to define the appropriate architecture, models, data approach, infrastructure and deployment method.
- Determine whether the requirement needs:

Integration with existing enterprise systems

- Balance technical feasibility, cost, scalability, performance and business value.

Proposal & Sales Cycle Ownership

- Own the complete client journey from initial prospecting to commercial closure.

- Present proposed solutions to client stakeholders.
- Coordinate commercial discussions with the relevant internal team.

Technical & Business Coordination

- Act as the bridge between the client and BluBridges research and engineering teams.
- Translate client requirements into technical briefs for internal teams.
- Translate technical recommendations into clear business language for clients.
- Coordinate technical discovery sessions and solution reviews.
- Ensure both client and internal teams remain aligned on scope, objectives and deliverables.

Deployment & Client Lifecycle

- Coordinate implementation and deployment of approved AI solutions.
- Work with internal teams and client stakeholders on:

- Track the engagement through implementation and production rollout.
- Ensure the deployed system addresses the intended business requirement.
- Coordinate maintenance, optimisation and support requirements after deployment.

- Expand engagements into new workloads, departments or use cases.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Convert successful engagements into repeat business and strategic partnerships.
