Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily cattle feed production and plant operations.

- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production machinery and equipment.

- Ensure proper functioning of grinder, mixer, pellet mill, cooler, boiler, conveyor, elevators, and other plant machinery.

- Identify technical and mechanical problems and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely resolution.

- Ensure proper mixing, grinding, pelleting, cooling, and packing processes as per production requirements.

- Monitor production parameters and maintain proper process control.

- Ensure the correct quantity and quality of raw materials are used during production.

- Coordinate with the Production, Quality, Store, and Maintenance teams.

- Supervise workers and allocate duties according to production requirements.

- Ensure production targets are achieved within the required time.

- Maintain proper records of production,



machine downtime, breakdowns, and material consumption.

- Conduct regular inspection of machinery and report any abnormality or breakdown immediately.

- Follow and enforce all safety procedures and plant discipline.

- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the production area.

- Minimize material wastage and ensure efficient utilization of manpower and machinery.

- Train and guide workers regarding machine operation, safety, and production procedures.

- Handle urgent technical issues during production and take necessary corrective action.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
