A Food &

- Beverage (F&B;) Service professional ensures high-quality dining experiences by taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining service standards, and maintaining customer satisfaction across restaurants, hotels, catering venues, and bars.

Core Responsibilities

- Guest Service &
- Hospitality:

Greet guests warmly, present menus, make food/drink recommendations, and answer questions regarding dietary restrictions or preparation methods.

- Order Taking &

- Serving:

Accurately record orders using Point of Sale (POS) systems, convey special requests to the kitchen, and serve meals and drinks promptly.

- Table &

- Station Management:

Set up tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware; clear dishes efficiently between courses; clean and sanitize dining areas after service.

- Payment Processing: Prepare accurate guest bills, handle cash and card payments, and process tips following venue guidelines.

- Compliance &

- Safety:





Maintain strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and local alcohol serving regulations (e.g., age verification).

Key Requirements &

- Skills

- Education &
- Certification:

High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant certifications (e.g., Food Handler Card, ServSafe, Responsible Beverage Service) are often required.

- Experience: Prior experience as a server, busser, runner, or host in a high-volume hospitality workplace is preferred(Fresher or 1-2 yrs of experience also can apply)

- Soft Skills: Active listening, high energy, strong multi-tasking under pressure, clear verbal communication, and a team-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 per month
