We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-friendly, and dedicated individuals to join our Food & Beverage (F&B;) team. We welcome both freshers who are eager to learn and experienced candidates who have a passion for hospitality and guest service.

The selected candidates will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and provide professional food and beverage service.
- Assist guests with menu information and take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare restaurant and dining areas before service, including table setup.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant, buffet, and service areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Respond to guest requests politely and handle complaints professionally.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and resort service standards.
- Assist with buffet arrangements, special events, and group dining.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout the shift.

Eligibility and Requirements For Freshers:





- Candidates who have completed or are pursuing Hotel Management or Hospitality courses are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to learn food service techniques and hospitality standards.
- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team.

For Experienced Candidates:

- Previous experience in food and beverage service, restaurants, hotels, or resorts is preferred.
- Knowledge of table service, order taking, buffet service, and guest handling.
- Ability to manage guest requests and maintain service standards.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
