Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and well-organized Food & Beverage Executive to join our hospitality team in Rishikesh. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth restaurant and food service operations, maintaining high service standards, managing guest satisfaction, and coordinating with the kitchen and other hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily food and beverage operations, including restaurant, café, and room service, as applicable.
- Ensure excellent guest service and a positive dining experience.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food orders.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, duty allocation, and team coordination.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and beverage supplies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hotel operating standards.
- Assist in billing, cash handling, sales reporting, and daily operational records.
- Support promotional activities and upselling to increase F&B; revenue.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front office,



and other departments for smooth hotel operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or resort.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant service, food safety, and guest handling.
- Ability to lead a team and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS/billing systems.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer-oriented approach.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
