We are looking for a energetic, dedicated, and experienced F&B; Assistant Manager to oversee and manage our Food & Beverage division.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily F&B; operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the F&B; team.
- Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for seamless operations.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Support in achieving departmental targets and revenue goals.

Candidate Requirements:

- Previous experience in hotel F&B; operations as an executive .
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, service standards, and guest relations.
- Ability to manage operations efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
