Roles and Responsibilities

- Implement shrinkage control measures to minimize losses and optimize profitability.
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring effective floor management and inventory control.
- Oversee grocery department operations, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure effective communication with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in store operations.
- Manage daily store operations, floor management, and inventory control.
- Handle order processing, goods receiving, stocking, and replenishment.
- Ensure product availability, effective display, and backstore management.
- Supervise staff and drive sales targets and operational efficiency. Implement shrinkage control measures to minimize losses.

Candidates with strong FMCG/Grocery/Departmental Retail experience, excellent team-handling skills, customer focus and a good understanding of supermarket/hypermarket operations will be preferred.
