Flutter Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Lead to lead the architecture, technical standards, development, and delivery of mobile and web applications. The candidate will be responsible for application quality, security, performance, accessibility, and seamless cross-channel user journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Flutter application architecture, technical design, development standards, and delivery.

Define scalable, maintainable, and reusable application architecture using Flutter and Dart.

Establish and enforce coding standards, development best practices, and technical guidelines.

Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable, and secure code.

Own the overall quality, security, performance, and reliability of mobile and web applications.

Design and implement seamless cross-channel user journeys across mobile and web platforms.

Work closely with backend teams to integrate REST/JSON APIs and ensure efficient data communication.

Implement effective state management using BLoC and/or Riverpod.

Ensure secure handling of authentication, credentials, tokens, and sensitive data using secure storage mechanisms.

Drive application performance optimization, including startup time, rendering performance, API efficiency, and resource utilization.

Ensure applications meet accessibility standards and provide a consistent user experience across supported platforms.

Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, quality checks, and deployment.





Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, Backend, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams to deliver features on time.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions for production and performance-related challenges.

Mentor Flutter developers and provide technical guidance on architecture, coding practices, and best practices.

Ensure proper automated testing and release readiness across mobile and web applications.

Required Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.

Solid understanding of Flutter application architecture and design patterns.

Experience with BLoC and/or Riverpod for state management.

Strong experience integrating REST APIs and JSON.

Knowledge of secure storage and mobile application security practices.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated application delivery.

Strong understanding of mobile application performance optimization.

Experience with application testing, debugging, and code quality practices.

Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive UI development.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Flutter Web.

Experience in Banking, Payments, FinTech, or Financial Services domains.

Knowledge of secure payment flows and financial application security.

Experience building applications across multiple channels such as Mobile and Web.

Leadership & Soft Skills

Strong technical leadership and decision-making skills.

Ability to define and enforce technical standards.

Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to mentor and guide Flutter development teams.
