Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage day-to-day warehouse floor operations using Uniware e-commerce logistics software. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating operational activities, monitoring order processing, managing manpower, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining smooth workflow across warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse floor operations using Uniware WMS.
- Monitor order processing activities, including order allocation, picking, packing, invoicing, and dispatch.
- Ensure timely processing of customer orders in accordance with operational targets and cut-off times.
- Coordinate with floor associates, team leaders, inventory teams, and dispatch personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor order status, pending orders, cancellations, returns, and exceptions in the system.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by coordinating stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.
- Track daily operational productivity, order volumes, pending shipments, and dispatch performance.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and take corrective action to minimize delays and errors.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards,



safety guidelines, and warehouse discipline.
- Prepare daily MIS reports and provide operational updates to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to resolve system-related and shipment-related issues.
- Support process improvements to enhance productivity, accuracy, and overall operational efficiency.

Role & responsibilities

- Graduate in any discipline; logistics or supply chain qualifications will be an advantage.
- Relevant experience in e-commerce warehouse or logistics operations.
- Hands-on working knowledge of Uniware / Unicommerce WMS is preferred.
- Understanding of order management, inventory control, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns processing.
- Good coordination, communication, problem-solving, and team-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple operational activities in a quick-paced warehouse environment.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and daily MIS reporting.

Preferred candidate profile The ideal candidate should have practical, floor-level experience in managing e-commerce warehouse operations through Uniware, with the ability to coordinate manpower, monitor order flow, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely dispatch while maintaining accuracy and productivity. Note: Candidates with hands-on Uniware experience and the ability to independently manage day-to-day floor operations will be preferred.
