Fleet Owner Lineup Executive / Manager to join our logistics operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing relationships with external fleet owners, vehicle attached vendors, and market truck operators. Your main goal will be to ensure a steady supply of attached vehicles (trailers, tippers, heavy trucks) to fulfil daily transportation demands smoothly and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Fleet Lineup & Market Truck Onboarding
- Source, negotiate with, and attach external market trucks and fleet owners to meet operational requirements.
- Maintain a strong vendor network of market truck owners, brokers, and transport agents in the region.
- Ensure immediate availability/lineup of vehicles during peak demand periods.
- Vendor Relationship & Rate Negotiation -Negotiate competitive freight rates with market truck owners to optimize logistics costs.
- Build long-term partnerships with fleet owners and resolve any operational or payment-related queries.
- Maintain active communication with drivers and fleet owners regarding load schedules and routes.
- Logistics & Dispatch Coordination
- Coordinate daily loading, vehicle positioning, and dispatch schedules between client sites and vehicle vendors.




- Monitor vehicle turnaround times at loading and unloading points to minimize demurrage and delays.
- Ensure cargo safety and adherence to weight capacity norms during loading.
- Documentation & Vendor Compliance
- Collect and verify all required documentation from market fleet owners (RC, Fitness Certificate, Permit, Insurance, Driver License, FASTag).
- Prepare lorry receipts (LR), agreements, and transit records in compliance with transport laws.
- Maintain accurate logs of market trucks placed and freight bills generated.
- Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 5+ years of experience in market truck placement, fleet lineup, vehicle attachment, or transport operations.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong network of local market vehicle vendors, transporters, and truck owners in Singrauli / CG / MP regions.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, vendor management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Education: Graduate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or relevant field (practical transport experience preferred).
