Fleet Manager – Supply & Operations
Key Responsibilities
- Drive rider recruitment to meet business demand.
- Ensure adequate and active fleet availability for daily and peak-hour operations.
- Manage delivery partner onboarding, activation, and retention.
- Monitor fleet performance, productivity, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure a strong understanding of Last-Mile (LM) operations and delivery workflows.
- Identify supply gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and delivery partners to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong recruitment and people management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Last-Mile logistics and operations.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage rider supply in a fast-paced, field-oriented setting.
Preferred Candidates:Applicants based in Coimbatore will be preferred.
