Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and motivating Fitness Trainer to guide clients in achieving their fitness and health goals. The trainer will be responsible for conducting workout sessions, preparing personalized fitness plans, monitoring client progress, and ensuring proper exercise techniques.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct individual and group fitness training sessions.
- Assess clients' fitness levels, goals, and requirements.
- Prepare customized workout and fitness plans.
- Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and equipment usage.
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary changes to workout plans.
- Motivate and encourage clients to achieve their fitness goals.
- Ensure proper warm-up, stretching, and cool-down routines.
- Maintain a secure, clean, and professional workout environment.
- Provide basic guidance on healthy lifestyle and fitness practices.
- Maintain client records and track fitness progress.




- Build good relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow gym safety rules and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

- Certification in Fitness Training, Personal Training, or a related field preferred.

- Experenced or freshers
- Good knowledge of exercise, strength training, cardio, and fitness techniques.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, disciplined, and physically fit.
- Ability to motivate and engage clients.
- Basic knowledge of nutrition and healthy lifestyle practices is an advantage.
