Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Fitness Fashion Store Manager & Content Creator. The role involves managing daily store operations, overseeing visual merchandising, and ensuring an engaging, customer-focused environment aligned with the brand’s fitness fashion identity.

Responsibilities include supervising store staff, monitoring inventory and stock levels, coordinating product displays, and meeting sales and service targets. As a Content Creator, the role includes planning and producing digital content such as product photos, short videos, social media posts, and promotional campaigns that highlight Trendcave’s activewear and sportswear collections. The position also requires collaborating with the marketing team on branding initiatives, gathering customer feedback, and supporting events or in-store activations to strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications

- Experience in retail store management or supervision, preferably in fashion, sportswear, or fitness-related environments.
- Strong content creation skills,



including basic photography/videography, social media posting, and writing engaging product or brand copy.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising, customer service best practices, and sales techniques that drive in-store performance.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for social media, basic design (e.g., Canva or similar), and e-commerce support.
- Ability to organize and manage inventory, track stock levels, and coordinate with production or supply chain teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and lead store staff.
- Strong interest in fitness fashion, sportswear trends, and active lifestyles to authentically represent the brand.
- Relevant education in business, retail management, fashion, marketing, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience can substitute formal education.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and readiness to work in office full time in Kochi, including weekends or peak retail hours when required.
