Job Title: Senior Manager – Fitouts

Base Location: NCR (with Pan India Travel as required)

Experience Required: 8+ Years in Fitouts

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. (Civil / Interior) or equivalent

Role & Responsibilities:

- End-to-end project execution of fit-outs – from planning to handover.
- Preparation and verification of BOQs, rate analysis, and cost estimations.
- Client handling – ensure smooth communication, regular updates, and satisfaction.
- Vendor management – sourcing, negotiation, finalization, and performance monitoring.
- Billing & documentation – preparation, verification, and approval of project bills.
- Coordination with internal teams (design, procurement, MEP, accounts, etc.) for timely execution.
- Project management – planning, scheduling, monitoring progress, quality checks, and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain complete documentation of projects, reports,



and compliance records.
- Lead site teams and ensure successful project completion within time, cost, and quality standards.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong expertise in BOQs, billing, vendor handling, and project documentation.
- Excellent client management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple fit-out projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and other project management tools.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Flexibility to travel Pan India as per project requirements.
