– Fire Fighting Engineer

Position: Fire Fighting Engineer / Fire & Safety Engineer

Location: Delhi / Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 5+ Years

Salary: ₹6 – ₹10 LPA, depending on experience and skills

Educational Qualification

- BE / B.Tech in Fire & Safety Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Diploma / B.Tech in Fire & Safety or Mechanical Engineering will be considered.
- Candidates with Fire Safety Officer / Fire Safety Auditor qualifications will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities
- Design, supervise, and maintain fire-fighting and fire protection systems at project sites.
- Ensure compliance with applicable fire safety standards, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular fire safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Monitor fire-fighting equipment, hydrants, sprinklers, fire alarms, pumps, extinguishers, and other fire protection systems.
- Prepare and maintain fire safety reports, inspection records, checklists, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams regarding fire safety requirements.
- Identify potential fire hazards and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
- Conduct fire drills, emergency preparedness activities, and safety training for employees and workers.
- Ensure proper implementation of fire safety procedures at project sites.
- Coordinate with local fire authorities and other statutory agencies whenever required.
- Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of fire-fighting systems.




- Ensure timely rectification of fire safety observations and non-compliances.
- Supervise site execution and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of fire-fighting and fire protection systems.
- Good understanding of fire safety codes, standards, and statutory requirements.
- Experience in fire safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Knowledge of fire hydrant, sprinkler, fire alarm, fire pump, and fire-fighting equipment systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and site management skills.
- Ability to independently manage fire-fighting execution and safety activities at project sites.
- Robust reporting and documentation skills.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience in Fire & Safety Engineering, particularly in industrial, commercial, construction, infrastructure, or large project sites, will be preferred.

Candidates should be willing to work at project sites in Delhi and Noida and coordinate with project teams as required.
