Gaur Art & Handicraft is looking for an experienced Finishing Supervisor to supervise furniture finishing operations and ensure products meet required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise furniture finishing and polishing activities.
- Manage finishing workers and daily work allocation.
- Ensure proper finishing, polishing, sanding, staining, and coating as required.
- Check product quality and finishing as per approved standards.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams.
- Ensure timely completion of finishing work.
- Identify and resolve finishing-related quality issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in a furniture factory.
- Strong knowledge of furniture finishing and polishing processes.
- Experience in manpower handling and shop-floor supervision.
- Valuable understanding of furniture quality standards.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
