- Finishing Engineer

Job Location : Pune West- Mahalunge, Mamurdi, and Maan Hinje Experience : 6–10 Years

Salary : ₹55,000–₹60,000 per month (In-hand)

Notice Period : Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Supervise and execute finishing activities at construction sites.
- Manage finishing work, including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, putty, doors, windows, and related interior finishing activities.
- Ensure all finishing work meets approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure completion within project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and other site teams.
- Conduct quality inspections and identify and resolve finishing defects.
- Ensure proper material planning, utilization, and availability at the site.




- Maintain daily progress reports and finishing checklists.
- Coordinate snagging, rectification, and final handover activities.
- Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and construction procedures.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- 6–10 years of experience in finishing work, preferably in residential or commercial building construction.
- Solid knowledge of construction finishing materials, methods, and quality standards.
- Experience in site supervision, contractor management, and quality control.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites in Pune West.
