Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise all finishing work on site.

- Plan and monitor daily and weekly finishing activities.

- Coordinate flooring, tiling, plastering, painting, false ceiling, carpentry, doors, windows, waterproofing, and other finishing works.

- Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

- Coordinate with civil, MEP, QA/QC, safety, procurement, and subcontractor teams.

- Monitor subcontractor performance, manpower, materials, and productivity.

- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure timely snag and rework closure.

- Ensure proper material planning and minimize material wastage.

- Coordinate with clients/consultants for inspections and approvals.

- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

- Maintain daily/weekly progress reports and provide updates to the Project Manager.

- Support final inspection, snag clearance, and project handover.
