Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finishing Engineer to manage and supervise finishing activities for a residential construction project in Mulund, Mumbai. The candidate should have hands-on experience in interior and exterior finishing works, quality control, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute all finishing activities, including plastering, putty, painting, tiling, flooring, marble, granite, doors, windows, and related works.
- Ensure finishing work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other site teams to ensure timely completion of work.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and rectify finishing defects.




- Ensure proper material planning, utilization, and availability at the site.
- Coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections and quality approvals.
- Maintain daily progress reports and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare snag lists and coordinate for timely closure of pending works before handover.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Relevant experience in finishing works for residential or high-rise building projects.
- Good knowledge of finishing materials, construction drawings, and quality standards.
- Robust site supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
