Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee the completion of finishing works on construction sites, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in foreman activities or related field.
- Solid knowledge of painting, plastering, tiling, and other finishing work techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand architectural designs.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members.
