We are looking for an experienced Finished Goods & Inventory Head to manage jewellery inventory, finished goods movement, stock accuracy, and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in inventory control, team management, and process improvement within the jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage finished goods inventory, stock movement, and dispatch operations.
- Ensure accurate physical stock verification and reconciliation with system records.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock ageing, and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Sales, Accounts, and Logistics teams.
- Ensure proper tagging, tracking, storage, and security of gold and diamond jewellery.
- Implement effective inventory control procedures and prevent stock loss.
- Prepare regular inventory reports and MIS for management.




- Lead the inventory team and ensure smooth, timely operations.

Required Candidate Profile
- Relevant experience in finished goods and inventory management, preferably in the jewellery industry.
- Robust knowledge of gold and diamond jewellery stock handling and reconciliation.
- Good understanding of ERP / inventory management systems and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and team management skills.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
