Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances from budget/forecasts, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication of financial information.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial reporting processes.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting role with a focus on financial reporting.
- Solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting principles.
- Proficiency in preparing complex financial reports using various software tools (e.g. Excel).
- Experience analyzing large datasets to identify trends and anomalies.
