Role Purpose

Indas / IFRS IGAAP Financial Preparation and Reporting

Key Roles & Responsibilities

 Financial Reporting as per IRDAI and AS (Indian GAAP)

 Financial Reporting to Group as per IFRS

 Preparation of Proforma INDAS Financials for IRDAI

 Regulatory Reporting to IRDAI like BAP reporting, Public Disclosures

 Liaising with auditors for statutory and other audit closure

 Review of Financials, Ledger scrutiny

Educational Qualifications

Chartered Accountant

Experience Requirements

Minimum 5 years in insurance industry

Key Skills & Competencies

 Financial Reporting and accounting standard IndAs / IFRS

 Audit Handling

 Group MIS and other reporting requirement

 ERP Implementation

 Financial Analysis
