Hiring: Finishing Foreman (High-Rise Residential Construction)

Work Location Kelambakkam/Padur

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate finishing works for high-rise residential projects.

Execute flooring, tiling, plastering, painting, putty, false ceiling and masonry works.

Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.

Coordinate with Civil, MEP and other site teams for smooth execution.

Monitor subcontractors, labour productivity and daily work progress.

Check material requirements and minimize material wastage.

Identify and rectify finishing defects and ensure timely completion.

Maintain daily progress updates and coordinate with Site Engineers.

Qualification & Experience:

ITI / Diploma / Any relevant qualification.

5-10 years of experience in finishing works.

Experience in high-rise residential / apartment projects preferred.

Positive knowledge of finishing materials, methods and site coordination.
