We are looking for an Analyst/ Finance Accounting for one of our esteemed clients in Pan India having experience into Account Receivable, Account Payable, General Ledger

CTC: Up to 10 LPA

Location :- Pan India

Shift : US/UK

We are looking for a Finance & Accounting professional with experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and/or Record-to-Report (RTR) processes. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, transaction processing, reconciliations, reporting, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP)

Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate accounting.

Perform invoice verification, validation, and matching with POs/receipts.

Handle vendor queries and resolve discrepancies.

Perform vendor account reconciliation and aging analysis.

Support payment processing and month-end activities.

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Process customer invoices and credit/debit notes.

Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.





Perform customer account reconciliation.

Handle cash application and payment allocation.

Resolve customer queries related to invoices and payments.

Record-to-Report (RTR):

Prepare and post journal entries.

Perform bank, GL, and balance-sheet reconciliations.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Perform accruals, provisions, prepayments, and adjustments.

Prepare financial reports and support audit requirements.

Ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting activities.

Required Skills

Good understanding of accounting principles and finance processes.

Experience in AP, AR, RTR, or general accounting.

Valuable knowledge of P2P, O2C, and R2R processes.

Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel.

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.

Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to work within deadlines and handle high-volume transactions.
