About The Role Medico Workforce is looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and business decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to build practical experience in financial analysis and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze financial data, business performance, revenues, expenses, and operational metrics.
- Prepare regular financial reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Track revenue, expenses, cash flow, and other key financial indicators.
- Identify trends, variances, and potential areas for improvement.
- Support reconciliation and validation of financial information.
- Prepare Excel-based financial models and analytical reports.
- Assist senior team members with financial research and business analysis.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to collect and validate financial data.
- Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.

Candidate Profile
- Any graduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.




- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and financial data.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
