Finance Project Manager & Business Analyst – FIP APAC

Experience: 5-7Years

Department: FSS – Finance Solutions Office

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis – 70%

- Understand project objectives and gather/document business and user requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and define the target operating model.
- Translate business requirements into clear specifications for IT teams.
- Define testing strategies based on project requirements.
- Design test cases and coordinate UAT activities.
- Validate accounting entries and financial reports during testing.
- Ensure successful UAT sign-off and implementation.

Project Management – 30%

- Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation through closure.
- Prepare project scope documents, project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Coordinate effectively with IT, Finance, Operations, PMO, and other stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation plans.
- Track project progress against timelines and budgets.




- Coordinate smooth go-live implementation and provide post-go-live support.
- Present regular project updates to senior management.
- Manage production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate timely resolution.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance projects, financial reporting, or related areas.
- Robust knowledge of General Ledger and Accounting .
- Good understanding of financial products and financial instruments .
- Knowledge of accounting treatment under IFRS is preferred.
- Experience in Business Analysis and Project Management .
- Knowledge of front-to-back financial operations is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SQL .
