About the Role

House of Foxeye operates across wedding film production for studios in the USA, UK and New Zealand, a wedding studio, an events company and a media academy. We are looking for an experienced Operations and Finance Lead to strengthen systems, improve day-to-day execution and support the growth of our businesses.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can take ownership, resolve operational bottlenecks, follow up on pending payments and deliveries, and use financial information to support decisions. The successful candidate will work directly with the founder, with a potential growth path to Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and improve systems related to finance, people and service delivery across the businesses.

Track pending payments and follow up with clients until outstanding amounts are resolved.

Monitor pending deliveries, identify delays and coordinate with relevant teams to close them.

Coordinate daily operations with internal teams, clients and vendors to ensure timely execution.

Monitor financial inflows, outflows, outstanding dues and key operational figures.

Use reports and financial data to identify issues,



prioritise actions and support business decisions.

Build consistent processes and accountability across teams.

Support the development of the operations function as the business grows.

Required Qualifications and Skills

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Prior experience managing both finance and operations for a company.

Working knowledge of Tally or Zoho, GST, TDS, payroll and Microsoft Excel.

Strong follow-up, coordination, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to take initiative and resolve issues independently.

Ability to manage teams and work effectively with clients, vendors and colleagues.

Fluency in Malayalam and English.

Preferred Education

B.Com, M.Com or MBA in Finance. CA Inter qualification will be an added advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly salary of ₹40,000–₹65,000, depending on experience and suitability.
