Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for Finance Manager at Intent in Indore .

As Finance

Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the finance function end-to-end. Your core responsibilities will include team management, bookkeeping, payroll processing, Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS), payment processing,



and financial query resolution. A key aspect of this role involves Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) - including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and preparing MIS reports to support strategic and operational decision-making. You will work closely with leadership to provide data-driven financial insights and ensure the organisation's financial health.

Robust analytical and communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate closely with internal teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Must be based in Indore or open to relocation as this is an on-site job.
- Finance Professional with atleast 5-7 years of experience in international accounting and finance.
- Proficiency in Xero and advanced QuickBooks skills are a must.
- Experience of International Accounting and Finance is preferable.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience in financial analysis and reporting
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
