- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors to secure funding and optimize capital structure.

- Lead equity and debt financing strategies, including negotiations for loans and investment rounds.

Preferred candidate profile

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.

- 2-3 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in real estate/ hospitality.

- Experience in fundraising, investor relations, and financial restructuring.

- Strong understanding of taxation, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance.

- Hands-on experience with financial models, CRM/ERP systems, and MIS.

- Positive leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
