About the Role

Maverick Power Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting, taxation and compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records and timely statutory filings.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations in Tally

- Prepare and finalize balance sheets, P&L; statements and other financial reports

- Handle GST compliance, including monthly/quarterly returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconciliation and annual returns

- Calculate, deduct and deposit TDS; file TDS returns and issue certificates on time

- Maintain ledgers, bank reconciliations and vendor/customer accounts

- Monitor cash flow, budgets and expense control





- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants during audits and assessments

- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

- Provide timely MIS reports to management for decision-making

Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification; CA Inter preferred

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting & Finance

- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting

- Good understanding of Indian accounting standards and tax laws

- Robust analytical, organizational and communication skills

- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
