Immediate Opening Finance Manager | SAP B1 HANA Experience

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with expertise in SAP B1 HANA, financial reporting, taxation, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and prepare accurate financial statements.
- Develop,coordinate, and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights on financial performance.
- Build and maintain financial models, KPIs, and dashboards to support business decisions.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations; manage banking relationships.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
- Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, invoicing,



and collections.
- Establish and maintain solid internal controls and financial processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance/accounting team.
- Partner with department heads to improve profitability, control costs, and optimize resources.
- Evaluate and improve financial systems, ERP tools, and reporting processes.
- Support strategic initiatives such as fundraising, M&A;, pricing, and capital planning as needed.

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years of SAP B1 HANA experience
- Experience managing a team of 5+ members
- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and financial statements
- Experience handling accounts of a 100 Cr+ revenue organization
