Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Core Accounting Operations Manage, mentor, and track a 4-member finance pod covering Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Collections/Receivables, and Tax & Compliance. Lead rigorous monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures on Tally Prime and Zoho Books, ensuring absolute ledger hygiene across multi-state branch systems. Serve as the primary corporate anchor for external statutory audits, internal controls validation, and direct/indirect tax audits.

Collections & Working Capital Command :Take absolute ownership of corporate collections, managing complex, multi-stage milestone billing frameworks typical of NHAI, municipal smart cities, and government contractors. Implement aggressive cash collection strategies and risk monitoring to drastically mitigate working capital blockage and tracking retention money timelines. Oversee the operational lifecycle of Bid Security, Earnest Money Deposits (EMDs), and Performance Bank Guarantees (PBGs) for all domestic tenders.

GST, Direct Tax & Full Regulatory Compliance Supervise and validate flawless multi-state GST filing, reconciliations (GSTR-2B matching), dynamic TDS/TCS computations, and corporate tax compliance framework. Ensure full adherence to FEMA guidelines, local corporate secretarial provisions, and standard trade compliances. Maintain foundational oversight of domestic and international Transfer Pricing regulations to guarantee legally defensible, arm's-length documentation for dealings with UK and Germany entities

Specialized Costing & Tender Bid Engineering : Build and enforce granular Bills of Materials (BOM) costing setups, inventory tracking, and margin controls for camera manufacturing, product development,



and specialized police vehicle integrations (Bike & Car Interceptors). Establish site-by-site, real-time profitability trackers for data survey deployments and field operations. Partner with sales and procurement teams during the pre-bid stage to review commercial clauses, pricing structures, and financial compliance on the GeM portal.

Data Intelligence & BI Management Reporting :

Utilize Advanced Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms (such as Power BI or Tableau) to model data pipelines, financial variances, and strategic metrics. Translate complex operational and accounting sets into visually scannable dashboards and cash flow forecasts directly for the CFO.

Required Profile & Technical Competencies Education:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.

Experience: 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience in tech-hardware manufacturing, smart mobility, defense/security electronics, or public infrastructure contracting fields. Team Leadership: Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience directly managing a team of accounting and compliance professionals. Software Mastery: Expert hands-on operational knowledge of Tally Prime and Zoho Books. Analytics Suite: Expert-level capabilities in Advanced Excel (modeling, macros) and modern Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau). Domain Expertise: Explicit tracking history with government procurement processes, GeM portal workflows, joint ventures/consortium accounting, and milestone settlement patterns. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills to align with cross-functional project teams, contractors, and executive leadership
